Dear "Jivadaya Premi" or Humanity supporter,
Let us all feel the Pain of dumb animals, when in distress & difficulty & convert their cries for help into an appeal. An appeal to make their lives better with wholehearted cooperation from you all, supporters of humanity.

Let us first acknowledge their contribution to the progress of human race. Cows, buffaloes, goat & other cattle give milk for much needed nutrition to our children. Sturdy animals like Bullocks, Ox & horses pull carts, chariots & ploughing tools for transportation, procession & farming respectively. Dogs have been our protectors, guides & faithful friends for centuries. From ancient times we worship them as they have been emblems of Jain Tirthankars (Gods) & Hindu deities.

Against this act of kindness & selfless act from animals, what do we do? Once these innocent animals outlive their usefulness due to injury or age or due to some disease or some other reason, we either kill them, sell them to slaughter house or simply desert them just like we scrap useless items in our homes. Are we not doing a great sin? For them it is 'Panjarapole' upto takes care & save there life till death.

Thankfully, most of the mankind have a benevolent heart irrespective of the religion we practice & which yearns for doing good work in order to take those small steps to attain Moksha or Niravana or Salvation or in simple words "the satisfaction & happiness of doing some noble deed". The concept of "Jivadaya" or "pity for any living thing in difficulty" is present in everybody. It is just that we have become indifferent to such natural & basic values due to our busy & materialistic lives.

Shree Mansa Mahajan Panjarapole (or Jeevan Maitri Dham as we call it) is just the means to fulfill such noble calls from your heart. Here we heartily welcome & accept such helpless & deserted animals & work towards making their lives peaceful & happy. We give them shelter & security, food & medical care & above all love. It is society's way of giving them back what they have given to the mankind during their useful years.

It is obvious that to do such noble work requires a lot of funds. There is annual expenditure of more than Rupees one crore (or over Rupees Ten million) for maintenance & upkeep of our three animal shelters, spread across a few kilometers, housing around 1400 animals. The Number of animals & expenses keep rising every year. The chief expenses include cost of fodder, staff salaries, electricity & maintenance of huge facility. In spite of income from our own organised funds & regular donors, the expenses keep on mounting.

To meet these expenses & make our organization self sufficient, which increase year on year, & maintain the same or better level of facilities & services, we solicit your wholehearted support by donating, to the best of your ability, in this very noble cause. All donations are exempted from income tax under section 80G of Indian Income tax act. The various schemes are listed below:
